Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ethosarionex. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the personal development courses, information products, and physical goods offered by Ethosarionex. By enrolling in a course, purchasing an information product, or ordering a physical item, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have full authority to enter into these terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Service Offerings
3.1 Personal Development Courses
Our live and recorded courses cover leadership, communication, and mindset growth. Schedule details, delivery methods, and access credentials will be provided upon enrollment.
3.2 Information Products
These include e-books, worksheets, and video tutorials. Access links and login details will be delivered to the email provided at purchase.
3.3 Physical Goods
Branded workbooks, journals, and other materials are shipped to your address. Shipping times and tracking details will be shared by email.
4. Fees and Payments
All prices are listed in CAD and are due at the time of purchase or enrollment. You agree to pay all fees in full using one of the payment methods offered on checkout.
5. Refunds and Transfers
5.1 Courses
If you request a refund up to 7 days before a live course starts, we will issue a reimbursement of the course fee minus a $50 processing charge. You may also choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session once without an additional charge. Requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days prior to the original course date.
5.2 Information Products
You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you download fewer than 25% of the materials. Requests after this period or beyond the download limit are not eligible. All reimbursement requests must include proof of download activity.
5.3 Physical Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or a reimbursement of the item cost. Shipping fees are not reimbursed. You may return the item by sending it to 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your reimbursement within 10 business days.
5.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain individualized coaching sessions and bespoke training plans are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling. These services are custom-tailored and cannot be repurposed once delivered. You will be informed at the time of purchase if a service falls under this category.
6. Changes to Offerings
Ethosarionex may modify course content, schedules, or product specifications at any time. If a material change occurs, you will be notified at least 10 days in advance and offered the choice to transfer your enrollment or request any applicable reimbursement under section 5.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
